Appointment Booking Information

Once your appointment has been successfully booked and validated, you will receive confirmation by email and SMS with the confirmed date. Please note that your appointment remains provisional until this confirmation has been issued. If your selected date becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternative available dates. All bookings made through our online appointment system are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £10 per service, per applicant. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service when you attend your appointment. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.

This service has been created to offer greater flexibility for individuals and families with busy weekday commitments.

By booking a Saturday appointment, you can maintain uninterrupted work and school schedules from Monday to Friday.

It is an ideal solution for working professionals and families with limited availability during the week.

The Saturday Premium Service is currently being piloted at selected branches.

We kindly ask that you contact us to confirm availability before making a booking.
